A sharp turn of the bat from the first pitch and a hard-hit ball that flew over the left field fence.
Masango’s Park Hyun-woo hit a solo home run against Busan High ace Won Sang-hyun to clinch the victory for Masango.
Masango won 5-2 in the round of 32 against Busan High School in the 78th Cheongnyonggi High School Baseball at Mokdong Baseball Stadium on Sunday.
Masango’s momentum was frightening after defeating the favorite Deoksugo in the first inning. Masango took the lead in the first inning when leadoff hitter Yang Jae-min advanced on a walk and then scored on a sacrifice bunt by Park Hyun-woo, and in the second inning, Lee Jung-yoon hit an RBI double to center field, allowing two runners to cross the plate while the home plate was left behind on Lee Jae-won’s grounder to first base, making the score 3-0.
Trailing 3-0 in the bottom of the seventh inning, Busan brought in ace Won Sang-hyun to prevent further damage.
Park Hyun-woo led off the inning with a solo home run over the left field fence. After hitting the home run, Park circled the bases in joy, jumped up and down, stomped on home plate with both feet, and raised his hands in celebration.
It was the kind of romance and grit you see in high school baseball. His Masango teammates welcomed him back to the dugout, cheering him on as he made his triumphant return, and they fought to the end to secure the victory. 안전놀이터추천
